Katie Potter

Katie Potter serves at the State Director for the Indiana PTAC/APEX Accelerator program where she supports the Lead Center and 6 regional offices. Katie has dedicated 18 years to public service with experience in State operations and procurement, social services, and healthcare. Most recently, she previously worked for the Indiana Department of Administration as a Procurement Consultant where she managed and expanded the State's Credit Card Program; in addition, she was the lead and subject matter expert for the State's financial services contracts. She has a Bachelor’s in Social Work and passionate about helping Hoosier businesses accelerate to the next level through government contracts.
