Caroline Storms

Caroline Storms serves as the North Central Indiana APEX Accelerator Counselor where she covers 11 counties in North Central Indiana, assisting businesses with the procurement process. Caroline comes from a background in legal where she focused mainly on small business succession planning, trust settlement, and probate administration. She assisted small business owners in implementing succession plans while also assisting individuals and families with their estate planning needs. Caroline received bachelor’s degrees in political science and criminal justice from Indiana University – Bloomington in 2020. She continued her education and received her Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2023. In her role as an APEX Accelerator Counselor, Caroline is passionate about providing the necessary tools and fostering success for small businesses navigating the procurement process in Indiana.
